This is a web-based app for a big beauty brand that helps to create a personalized facial serums at home. It allows customers to go through a skin questionnaire at home and as a result they get a feedback from a professional aesthetician along with a custom-made serum based on their main concerns.

Finding skincare solutions that truly fit individual skin concerns while getting expert advice is tough, expensive, and takes up a lot of time. Customers often struggle to navigate through the overwhelming options in the beauty market.

My role
I designed the questionnaire experience for web and mobile (in collaboration with another designer) for both customer and aesthetician sides, 3D visuals and animation, prototyping in Figma (also in collaboration with another designer).

Results
In December 2021, we presented the MVP version of the app to the brand and its main stakeholders. The presentation was a success, with the stakeholders expressing high levels of satisfaction with the app. They appreciated the ease of use, the intuitive interface, and the overall functionality of the app. The brand planned to launch a series of usability testing rounds to gather feedback and insights from their customers. The app is set to be launched by the end of 2024.

Results
Digital tools must reduce the time spent on writing down symptoms, diagnosis and prescriptions, and maximize the time doctors spend with patients, in order to offer the best service possible. This includes inputting, storing, and managing patient records, as well as analyzing the data and communicating some of it to patients.
